UlSTU students completed an internship in Beijing
Students of Ulyanovsk State Technical University studying at the Faculty of Humanities have been trained at the summer school for Chinese language studies in Beijing. The internship is organized according to the academic mobility program.
The Chinese Language Summer School started at North China University of Technology on August 5 and ended on September 1. The University is a multidisciplinary institution, accepting engineering as the main field of study.
Thanks to internships, UlSTU students have the opportunity to practice and replenish their vocabulary, get acquainted with the history and traditions of the country. The training program includes the study of the Chinese language and Chinese culture: classes in calligraphy, traditional Chinese technique "jianzhi" (paper cutting), Chinese martial art Taijiquan, acquaintance with the Beijing opera and other master classes.
More than 20 students of linguistics from different courses studied at the summer school. Students note that communication with native speakers of another language, immersion in culture allows them to improve the effectiveness of teaching at UlSTU.
