The Student Service Center was opened at Ulyanovsk State Technical University. UlSTU students can apply to the new structural subdivision for document processing.

The Student Service Center was created for information and reference support of students, reception and issuance of documents related to educational activities, including the use of information technology.

"The opening of such a multifunctional centre was preceded by extensive work on the digital transformation of the entire university. This required changing and rethinking many administrative and technological processes. Today we can confidently talk about the "digital" maturity of the university achieved by joint efforts" - noted Rector of UlSTU Nadezhda Yarushkina.

At the moment in the Service Centre it is possible to get a certificate of confirmation of the fact of study, a certificate of study (period of study), a certificate-call, a certificate of the amount of scholarship. You can apply for the service not only in person, but also online in the personal cabinet on the website of UlSTU.

"Over one hundred applications were received during the first days of the Student Service Centre. The main goal of the Centre is to reduce the bureaucratic burden on dean's offices and provide students with access to various services in one place. In the future, it is planned to expand the list of services, including processing documents related to changes in personal data, issuing diplomas and much more" - said Director of the Department of Educational Activities Andrey Tamyarov.

The work of the Center is organized on the principle of "one-stop"  based on high standards of service and oriented to the implementation of the university’s development program within the framework of the federal project "Priority-2030".

The Student Service Centre is located in office 301 of the sixth building (32 Severny Venets St.).

Work schedule:

Monday - Friday from 9.00 to 17.00

Saturday - from 9.00 to 16.00.
