The Youth Government of the region included students of Civil Engineering Faculty Anastasia Zakharova and Aidar Khaliullov and a student of the Faculty of Engineering and Economics Elena Lukyanova.

The formation of a new advisory body began in January. Among out of more than two hundred applications, 130 people were selected to participate in the first face-to-face strategic session, 40 boys and girls were admitted to the final event by experts. At the strategic sessions participants presented their ideas for the development of the Ulyanovsk region. According to the results of all competitive tests, 19 people were selected for the new structure of the Youth Government.

Aidar Halliulov took the post of Minister of Property Relations and Architecture, Elena Lukyanova – Minister of the region, Anastasia Zakharova will continue to work as Minister of Housing and Communal Services and Construction.

"I am convinced that our joint work will be productive. For the next two years, you are our full–fledged partners and associates. The work on reducing the outflow of young people, their consolidation in their native region should become the main focus of your activity. For our part, we will try to create all the necessary conditions for your involvement in this work" - noted the Governor of Ulyanovsk region Aleksey Russkikh.
