Students of USTU study in China
Students of the Faculty of Humanities (Department "Linguistics", "Intercultural Communication") went to China to study under the summer short-term program. Classes will be held at Harbin Polytechnic University throughout July.
The educational program in China is attended by 11 students of the Ulyanovsk State Technical University. The internship is organized in order to improve the effectiveness of learning Chinese. At Harbin Polytechnic University, the national language is used for teaching in all courses so that students can master it as soon as possible. Various events on Chinese culture related to the content of the course are held.
"Students have the opportunity not only to complete an educational program in Chinese, but also to get acquainted with traditional Chinese costumes, calligraphy, coloring Chinese fans and masks, making jewelry, as well as visit the sights of Harbin, taste local cuisine, visit museums" - told the assistant of the Department of "Foreign Languages" and "History and Culture" of UlSTU Valeria Zelenova.
