Campus and social infrastructure

The territory of the university campus is a favorite leisure place for students. There are comfortable dormitories on campus territory, and there are all conditions for maintaining health and playing sports.

1. Dormitories for students with a capacity of 1250 people are located on campus territory. 

The dormitories have full-fledged kitchens with electric stoves for preparing hot meals, household rooms for washing, drying and ironing clothes, showers, as well as rooms for leisure and recreation.

Monthly payment for accommodation is from 456 rubles (budget form of education) to 1568 rubles (commercial form of education).

2. There are favorable conditions provided for physical culture and sports at the University. Sections in various sports - basketball, volleyball, table tennis, athletics, mini-football and many others are available. Together with the tourist club "Boomerang" you can go hiking or rafting.There is a complex of outdoor and indoor sports facilities on campus.

The complex of sports facilities of UlSTU includes:

• Artificial turf stadium

• Football field

• Treadmills

• Two basketball courts

• Volleyball Court

• Beach volleyball field

• Power town

• Sector for long jump

• Multi-purpose halls (volleyball, basketball, mini-football, tennis)

• Aerobics rooms 

• Chess Club

• Gym

• Table tennis hall

A new physical culture and sports centre with a 25-meter swimming pool "Northern Wave" was opened in 2021.

3. Students of UlSTU have an opportunity to spend their summer holidays in the sports and recreation camp "Sadovka" located on the picturesque Volga river bank

The work schedule is year-round. For students and staff special discounts are provided. The cost for students of the budgetary form of education is 1200 rubles (the rest of the expenses are at the expense of the university).

To obtain a preferential voucher, you must submit the following documents to the trade union committee of students:

• a certificate from the dean's office on training on a budgetary basis;

• certificate of fluorography, COVID-19 certificate and vaccinations.
